In Studio

Body Libra offers private, duet and trio instruction on the Pilates and TRX® Suspension Training™ equipment, as well as an array of classes designed to challenge individuals at all fitness levels.  Private, duet and trio sessions are available weekdays by appointment and are typically held at standing times weekly.  For duet or trio sessions, you may find your own partners or contact the studio with details about your availability and we will work to pair you up with others who match your requirements.  All first-time students are encouraged to have at least one private session before becoming part of a duet or trio equipment group or enrolling in a class.

MONDAYS
- Beginning Reformer/Tower: 10:00-10:45 a.m.
- Intermediate/Advanced Reformer/Tower: 12:00-12:45 p.m.
- Beginning II Reformer/Tower: 6:00-6:45 p.m.

TUESDAYS
- Intermediate Reformer/Tower: 6:30-7:15 p.m.

WEDNESDAYS
- Intermediate Reformer/Tower: 1:00-1:45 p.m.
- EVERY-body Mat: 7:00-8:00 p.m.

FRIDAYS
- Gentle Pilates & Stretch with Props: 7:00-7:45 a.m.
- Intermediate Pilates/TRX® Combo: 12:00-12:45 p.m.

SATURDAYS
- Intermediate Reformer: 8:30-9:15 a.m.
- Intermediate Tower: 9:30-10:15 a.m.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Beginning Reformer/Tower class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

Beginning II Reformer/Tower is designed for students who have completed the Beginning class and wish to continue working on perfecting the Beginning exercise repertoire.

Intermediate and Advanced level classes require the permission of the instructor.

EVERY-body Mat class focuses on the Pilates matwork and is appropriate for Beginning II students and above.

Gentle Pilates & Stretch with Props includes a longer warm-up and is designed for the Beginning II level and above.  The class is designed to deepen the understanding of the Pilates mat exercises through the use of accessories such as the Magic Circle, flexbands, foam rollers, hand weights and exercise balls.  Instructor permission required.

Pilates/TRX® Combo classes offer workouts that combine exercises on the Pilates mat and apparatus with the TRX® Suspension Training™ system.
