Hi, I heard that you are hiring. I was ACE certified about 10 years ago and have trained people off and on over the years. I am an avid cyclist, runner and workout enthusiast. Do you have a position for a dedicated individual?
Currently, I’m looking for comprehensively trained Pilates teachers (trained on all apparatus and mat at all levels) to work at Body Libra and would love to hear more from you if your qualifications meet those specifications.
With beginning Pilates being offered 1/wk, how would you be able for many folks to use the package of 10 in 12 weeks? I travel and may be on the road weeks at a time, with the weekend sometimes the only time I get home but there are not classes during that time. I looked at the Living Social deal for an intro but that might be hard as well.
While I understand that your travel schedule may preclude you from regular weekly or more frequent Pilates classes, I have found that in order for clients to progress together in a group and get the benefits of Pilates, regular attendance is very important. While “classes” at Body Libra generally meet weekly, private, duet and trio sessions may meet weekly or more frequently if they desire. Generally, I’ve found that folks who have hectic travel schedules do best with private sessions, where they can either come weekly or more frequently as needed to work with their schedules. I certainly try to be as flexible as I can with difficult schedules, it is simply easier to do when someone is taking private sessions and is not working with a group.
I do have one evening mat class — at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesdays — that can be attended on a drop-in basis.
Thanks for your comment and please don’t hesitate to get back to me if you have further questions.
